HOME SERVICES PANAMA is the sole Owner of the website: www.homeservicespanama.com.pa. It will use pertinent information provided by its MEMBERS for the purpose of matching its APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDERS to the in-home remodel, repair, maintenance, cleaning project, or aging-at-home services required by any individual MEMBER. Contact information of the MEMBER shall be provided to the SERVICE PRO only if and when the MEMBER has accepted the job estimate/quotation of said SERVICE PRO.

The Membership list or any information collected on the MEMBER is never for sale or distribution.

At the conclusion of the home project contracted by the MEMBER, HOME SERVICES PANAMA may solicit feedback from the MEMBER as to the quality of the work, attitude of the SERVICE PRO, etc. and such collected information shall not be for publication or disclosure without the permission of the MEMBER making such evaluation. HOME SERVICES PANAMA may, however, use the collected information in a generic way in order to improve the quality of referrals. The benefit to the MEMBERS, in general, can be optimized with feedback and such surveys may be used in the form of a rating system over time and in a manner in which an individual MEMBER cannot be attributed to such a rating. Factual labor costs charged to the MEMBER, solicited through post-project surveys, may be used by HOME SERVICES PANAMA to develop a “real cost economic model” for common in-home services so that MEMBERS can evaluate with a degree of competency if what they are being quoted on a job is a “fair” price, or is inflated.

Should the website, at some future point, evolve into a MEMBER-input comment section on its SERVICE PROs, such comment may be monitored by HOME SERVICES PANAMA for content. Any comments made by a MEMBER that contains language that violates standards of good taste or the standards of the website, as determined by HOME SERVICES PANAMA, in its sole discretion, may be removed from view.

From time to time, and upon a SERVICE PRO offering “Deals” or a special Promotion for its services, an email communication offering such Deal shall be sent to all MEMBERS who are located within the geographic area of the Promotional offering. Such communication will be emailed directly from HOME SERVICES PANAMA. The SERVICE PRO shall not have access to the email addresses of such mailings.

At any time, the MEMBER may opt out of receiving email communications from HOME SERVICES PANAMA, whether they be in the form of a Deal/Promotion announcement or general information deemed useful to the MEMBER.

MEMBERS are hereby notified that HOME SERVICES PANAMA is the customer-facing name (service branding) of the legal (business-facing) entity: THREE TREASURES S.A., a registered Panamanian corporation.
