1 You already know there are NO fees to join, NO advertising fees, and NO subscription fees—complete details of how much you pay as a
revenue share for the referral is based on completed jobs and depends on the service type and final price. Full details are available
upon your application approval. You can be assured they are fair and reasonable for the benefits you get in return. (See FAQ below for
more information.)
2 Complete background checks will be performed and you will be required to provide information to assure the thoroughness of this
process. This is necessary in order for us to continue referring only SERVICE PROs of the highest standards and to fulfill our
commitment to our potential thousands of MEMBERS who count on us for integrity, competence, consistency, sincerity, and reliability.
3 Upon completion of the job, we solicit our Members to participate in an online review of the SERVICE PRO they hire. They rate how
the project went (including cost and how close to estimate did the project come out at), the SERVICE PRO response time,
professionalism, and quality of work. Our Members tell us if the workers were respectful of children and pets and if they cleaned up
their mess at the conclusion of the workday and after the job was finished. Or, if they botched up the job! However, we understand
there are always two sides to the story, so if a review is negative in any aspect, we comment to our SERVICE PROs to allow them the
opportunity to upgrade their future service, or to respond in defense. And to keep it honest, we only accept reviews from Members on
SERVICE PROs we refer and the corresponding jobs they accept. The actual Member reviews are totally confidential; they are never
published, and we do not take any responsibility for negative feedback.

and the more than 85 services within those categories to see if any of your provided services meet
the needs of our Members. During the application process, you will also be able to specify the
geographic area you will service. If you’re ready to get started on the path to REACH MORE

STEP 2
Upon receipt of your online application expressing interest to join our team of quality SERVICE PROs,
we will begin with a basic background check of your business or business activity. Shortly thereafter,
you will receive an email notification to complete your application process with an ACTIVATION CODE.
Go to http://www.homeservicespanama.com.pa/, click on the icon PRO LOG-IN, STEP 2 -- enter your
Username (designated as your email address, the same one you entered in Step 1), enter the
ACTIVATION CODE and proceed to COMPLETE YOUR ACCOUNT SET UP. (If you already started your
account set up but did not complete, you can re-log-in to STEP 2 at a later date to pick up where you
left off).
STEP 3
Once all the details of your Account are completed, you will re-enter your Username, set your own
Password and indicate that you have read and accepted all Terms & Conditions required of each
SERVICE PRO in both providing service and use of the website.
From this point forward, you are LIVE with HOME SERVICES PANAMA and can log-in to your account to access SERVICE PRO CENTRAL at any time as an APPROVED SERVICE PRO to add or delete any inhome service employees or technicians, add insurance, add licensing information, change/add to any services you will provide to our Members, or change/add any geographic areas you will service.
BEST OF ALL—and what being a SERVICE PRO is all about—this is where you will view any job orders referred to you so that you may quote online, follow the disposition of the order, take advantage of additional business in off-periods by writing up “deals” or Special Offers so that we may advertise these for you on our website and through direct-mail to our Members (for example: if you are a painter, you can specify a set price to paint a single bedroom in a home in the geographic area that you service within a specified time limit; if you are a handyman, you may take advantage of grouping jobs for pressure washing homes at the end of rainy season, etc.). This is a great way to make best use of your time and resources.

Once you pass all background checks, HOME SERVICES PANAMA
promotes your business with our potentially
thousands of Members throughout Panamá through a referral process. We will provide you with real job
offers through our WEBsite as well as through periodic promotions delivered directly to our Members’ email
INBOX. You maintain your autonomy at all times and only have to compete with other best SERVICE PROS
your service area has to offer.
Deals, or Special Offers, are promoted on our WEBsite and in direct email to our Members for individual
services that are common requests or timely in nature. Our SERVICE PROS use this feature to boost income
in off-periods or to supplement their business anytime. As an example, if one of your business activities is
pressure washing, you may opt to promote this at or near the end of rainy season (winter) to remove
exterior mold. By scheduling the work in a certain geographic area concurrently, you pick up new business
from our other Members. We help you accomplish this.
When you APPLY as a SERVICE PRO, you will specify the areas in which you or your technicians will travel to
perform in-home services for our Members. Before going LIVE, you will have the opportunity to re-affirm
those geographic areas. You will have confidence in offering a TRUE COST estimate or quotation because
you will be advised of the location of the job beforehand and must calculate the cost of travel into your
quotation. It is a violation of your contract with us to add travel costs once an estimate or quotation has
been accepted by one of our Members.
Once a quotation is accepted by our Member, HOME SERVICES PANAMA
collects a small percentage from you
as a revenue share. Our SERVICE PROS usually absorb this small percentage as a cost of receiving an actual
job (unlike advertising companies who charge whether you get new business or not); but should you choose
to blend it into a quotation, that is your option. There is a standard method we use to collect the referral
fee that works well with our SERVICE PROS as it cuts down on their bill-paying tasks at the termination of a
job. For referrals as well as Special Offers (“deals”), the percentage of revenue is 15% up to $1,000 and for
any portion greater than $1,000, the percentage is 10%. For recurring service referrals (such as lawn
maintenance, pool maintenance, standard house cleaning on a regular basis, etc., our percentage is 10%.
Remember, you don’t compensate anything to HOME SERVICES PANAMA
unless you complete one of our
referred jobs, based on the service type and final service price.
Because you are an autonomous business enterprise, you are hired by our Members and our Members pay
you. Part of the arrangement is generally handled with a 20% deposit (as an example only) for you to get
the job going. This upfront, pre-payment cost is best handled through us so that we know your initial
operating outlay is covered, and that you have accepted the job. Of additional importance to this prepayment,
you have the security of knowing that the job lead is legitimate and that you will not be sent to a
false job or location. This deposit, less our revenue share, is remitted to you upon our receipt. At the
completion of the work, it is best that the Member pays the balance directly to you. If there are interim
payments, that arrangement is between you and our Member.
Everything is done online through our WEBsite. When our Members require any remodel, repair, home
maintenance, or cleaning project, etc., they LOG IN to our Home Page and select the exact service they
require. They also go through a detailed checklist to hone in on the specifics of the job, the time frame
they want to start, their preferred hours for work to be done, etc. Because they have already joined as
Members, we know their geographic area and details of their location. Once they complete the checklist,
we automatically scan our list of SERVICE PROS in the area to offer up their quotations, based on their
availability to the Member’s time frame. We solicit at least three quotations, so it is vital that if you are
interested in the job, you respond to the invitation to quote as expediently as possible—we expect within 16
business hours. Once our Member makes a choice, we notify the SERVICE PRO immediately by phone, email,
or Whatsapp. In addition, you will be able to see any applicable offers for you by logging in to your SERVICE
PRO CENTRAL for the disposition of the job.
There is no commitment other than referral work that has been initiated. You’re free to walk away at any
time. But as long as you’re in business, it is a given that our real-job referrals is the best offer you can get.
Being a SERVICE PRO with us does not exclude you to continue your business as usual. Think of it as another
way to earn business opportunities.
